Job Description

The Guest Relation Executive is a pivotal role in ensuring that all guests receive a warm and memorable experience from the first point of contact until their departure. As the face of the organization, you will be responsible for greeting guests, addressing their queries, managing complaints, and ensuring their stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Your role is to personalize and enhance the customer experience while consistently upholding the organization’s standards of service excellence. With a combination of customer service skills and a friendly demeanor, you will help reinforce brand loyalty and nurture guest relationships. Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, bookings, and amenities.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.
  • Address guest complaints promptly and professionally to reach a satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive records of guest interactions and activity.
  • Ensure the lobby and guest areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist in coordinating special requests or services for VIP guests.
  • Act as a point of contact for all guest inquiries and services.
  • Encourage guest feedback and respond to their reviews appropriately.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Offer suggestions and guidance for attractions and events in the local area.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in guest relation services or a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to guest care.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification; a degree in hospitality management is advantageous.
