Responsibilities

• Design original graphics and layouts for websites, social media, and other platforms.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content strategies.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand identity and guidelines of our company.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in design and video editing technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback and amend designs to accurately reflect stakeholders’ requirements.
• Create visually captivating motion graphics and animations for various projects.
• Contribute to the brainstorming and development of creative concepts for campaigns.
• Maintain an organized file system for all graphic design and video projects.
• Ensure all video and graphic outputs are optimized for different platforms and devices.
• Provide input on equipment and software investments to improve production quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor in professional settings.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation software like After Effects is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Ability to receive constructive feedback and adapt designs to meet project specifications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of skills in graphic design and video editing.
