Job Description

As a Corporate Relationship Associate, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with corporate clients. You will be the frontline ambassador of our company, responsible for understanding and addressing the needs of our clients while fostering trust and satisfaction. Your primary focus will be to deepen customer engagement and drive growth opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations. You will work closely with diverse teams across the organization to ensure seamless service delivery and the optimization of client experiences. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of diverse business environments, and the ability to identify and act on new business opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to offer appropriate solutions and services.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requirements and exceed service expectations.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to establish new professional connections.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and communications.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to inform them of new services and solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure mutual benefit and client satisfaction.
  • Generate and interpret client feedback to refine and improve service offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services to current and potential clients.
  • Monitor and report on client relationships and project developments to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations during client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a client-facing role is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and form insights.
  • Proven ability to build strong, long-lasting customer relationships and networks.
  • Competence in negotiating contract terms and managing service agreements.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and industry conferences as needed.
