We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in a vital role as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate party or service needed.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirm meetings for guests and staff.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area for a positive first impression.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages effectively.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information as necessary.
  • Update and maintain contact logs and directories for efficient communication.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures at the front desk.
  • Support office activities and special projects as assigned by management.
  • Facilitate internal communication between staff and management for smooth operations.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education is required as a minimum.
  • At least one year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and common office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage priorities efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
