Job Description

As a Field Sales & Leasing Support Executive at our company, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and leasing teams, ensuring the smooth operation and success of various sales initiatives and leasing activities. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to field sales and leasing teams to enhance productivity.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and leasing plans to meet company goals.
  • Coordinate and assist with property showings to prospective clients and tenants.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any arising issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, leasing activities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Prepare and analyze sales and leasing reports to guide strategic business decisions.
  • Oversee preparation and execution of contracts and lease agreements accurately and timely.
  • Support marketing efforts by coordinating promotional activities and materials.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and potential tenants with timely, professional communication.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate billing and accounting related to leasing.
  • Liaise with property management for maintenance and facility management requests.
  • Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings in the real estate sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in sales, leasing, or real estate support roles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to travel locally for property showings and team meetings as required.
