Job Description

The Field Sales & Leasing Support Executive is a crucial role dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and productivity of our sales and leasing teams. Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed reports on sales activities and leasing performance metrics regularly.
  • Ensure all leasing documentation is correctly completed and compliant with company policies.
  • Support sales presentations and demonstrations with detailed product information.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of sales strategies and leasing campaigns.
  • Communicate current market trends and leasing offers to potential clients effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Engage in post-sales activities to ensure client retention and satisfaction over time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales support or leasing coordination roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales & leasing principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales/communication tools efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
