Job Description

The Field Sales & Leasing Support Executive 14J25 is a pivotal role within our company, bridging the gap between our sales team and clientele. As a Field Sales & Leasing Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting our sales team in the field. This involves understanding and conveying the benefits of our leasing options, facilitating seamless transactions, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. You will play a crucial role in supporting sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through strategic support and communication. Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team members by preparing leasing documentation efficiently.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their leasing requirements and preferences.
  • Conduct property viewings with potential clients, providing necessary information.
  • Ensure smooth processing of lease agreements and documentations for clients.
  • Assist in market research to understand current leasing trends and pricing structures.
  • Create and maintain healthy relationships with clients to ensure repeat transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Generate leads through fieldwork and client referrals to increase sales opportunities.
  • Present leasing deals and opportunities clearly and effectively to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales processes followed.
  • Provide post-sales support to clients, resolving any leasing-related issues promptly.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote company offerings and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a sales or leasing support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Proven track record of supporting sales goals and enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team structure.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
