Job Description

As a Field Sales & Leasing Support Executive, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of sales and leasing functions within the company. Your main responsibility will be to support the sales and leasing teams by coordinating between various departments and clients. This role requires a dynamic individual who is capable of multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will interface with clients to understand their needs, address their inquiries, and ensure that they receive excellent service and support. Success in this position depends on your ability to communicate effectively, organize tasks efficiently, and adapt quickly to new challenges. Your contribution will play a crucial part in achieving the organization's sales and leasing goals.


Responsibilities

  • Assist sales agents by preparing detailed proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Coordinate with leasing teams to ensure timely processing of service requests.
  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Facilitate communication between the field sales team and internal departments.
  • Support sales executives by scheduling appointments and managing their calendars.
  • Generate regular sales and leasing reports for management review and analysis.
  • Help in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials for field sales activities.
  • Monitor and track competitors’ activities and report findings to the sales team.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance in resolving issues or concerns.
  • Participate actively in sales and leasing meetings to provide necessary support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during client interactions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or leasing support roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
