Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.

  • Track and report on sales metrics and adjust strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Maintain accurate client information and sales records in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar sales role with successful outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales achievements.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales data analysis to track sales performance.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
