Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve established sales goals.

  • Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.

  • Travel within assigned territory to meet with existing and prospective clients regularly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, negotiations, and transactions.
  • Update management on sales activities, opportunities, and potential barriers to success.
  • Participate in relevant trade shows, events, and conferences to expand the client network.
  • Actively participate in sales training programs to refine sales techniques and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven working experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar sales role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful sales deals.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as within a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories and beyond if needed.
