Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Organize and manage promotional events to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to design and implement effective lead generation activities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and target market trends.
  • Coordinate with product teams to promote product launches and highlight product benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to offer actionable insights.
  • Adapt strategies based on market feedback to optimize the impact of campaigns.
  • Create engaging promotional materials tailored to regional cultural and market dynamics.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on marketing initiatives and product positioning.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure resource optimization and campaign success.
  • Report regularly on the progress and results of field marketing activities to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of three years experience in field marketing or related roles required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to design and implement successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Experience in conducting market research and analyzing marketing metrics effectively.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
