Job Description

The Field Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and creating demand for products and services through direct engagement with potential customers. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage marketing events, from planning through execution and analysis.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting tactics as needed.
  • Utilize market research and customer data to identify new opportunities for engagement.
  • Create engaging customer activation programs to enhance product understanding and interest.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
  • Manage the distribution of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency at all touchpoints.
  • Conduct on-the-ground promotional activities, including sampling and demonstrations.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and community events to promote products and services.
  • Align field marketing efforts with the overall marketing plan and corporate objectives.
  • Evaluate competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in field marketing or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are a must.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and leverage them for strategy development.
  • Must be self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a proactive approach.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to meet business demands.
