Job Description

An F&B (Food and Beverage) Assistant is an integral member of the hospitality team, responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Responsibilities

  • Assist with setting up and breaking down of dining areas before and after service hours.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of menu items and potential allergens present in dishes.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in all tasks performed.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge continuously.
  • Work closely with management to execute special events and promotions effectively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and multitask effectively.
  • Understanding of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
