Job Description

As an Export Sales Executive, you will spearhead our efforts to expand our market reach by identifying new international business opportunities. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with foreign clients and distributors. Your role requires a combination of strategic acumen, networking skills, and in-depth knowledge of global markets and trade regulations. You will work closely with the marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure the seamless execution of export sales strategies. This position demands a proactive approach, analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to different cultural and business environments. You will play a crucial role in elevating the brand's international presence, aligning with both sales objectives and compliance requirements to successfully penetrate target markets.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential international buyers and distributors.
  • Develop and implement strategic export sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with logistics to streamline shipping processes and delivery schedules.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with export regulations.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and progress reports to management.
  • Attend international trade shows and exhibitions to promote products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support to international clients.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to continually improve sales strategies.
  • Resolve any issues related to orders, payments, and shipping discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align export activities with company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, specifically in international or export sales.
  • Strong understanding of global market dynamics and trade regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a multicultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required for business development activities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales data analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
