Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Export Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales activities and expanding our customer base in international markets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of global trade regulations and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be instrumental in developing strategies that enhance revenue growth and ensure our products reach their full potential in foreign markets. A successful Export Sales Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term business partnerships.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new international business opportunities to increase company sales.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to different markets.
  • Conduct thorough research on new and existing foreign markets and potential clientele.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners worldwide.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with international clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export laws.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to international clients to maintain satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials for global markets.
  • Attend international trade shows and exhibitions to promote company products.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of export sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of international sales dynamics and global trade regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in foreign markets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet sales objectives.
