  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system consistently.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and empathetic service.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling confidential customer information.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
  • Monitor and respond to multiple chats simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Offer additional products or services that may benefit the customer, where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role with a chat support focus.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with strong grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats effectively at the same time.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in written communication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach to resolution.
  • Familiarity with chat software, CRM systems, and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
