Job Description

As an E-commerce Onboarding Executive, you will play a pivotal role in integrating new sellers onto our e-commerce platform effectively. Your primary objective is to ensure a seamless transition for sellers, enabling them to set up, operate, and thrive on our platform. You will act as a bridge between the sellers and our technical environment, providing them with the necessary tools, guidance, and support. Your expertise will be crucial in helping sellers understand the platform's functionalities, manage their digital storefronts, and optimize their product listings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of digital commerce, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This dynamic position offers a unique opportunity to influence the growth trajectory of both the sellers you onboard and our e-commerce brand.


Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new sellers onto our e-commerce platform.
  • Create and deliver training sessions for sellers on platform features and tools.
  • Support sellers with the setup and management of their online storefronts.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve any platform-related issues.
  • Assist sellers in optimizing their product listings for better visibility and sales.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to sellers throughout their platform journey.
  • Analyze seller metrics and provide feedback to improve seller performance.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to assist sellers with promotional strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates and industry trends.
  • Develop and enhance resources and documentation for seller onboarding procedures.
  • Gather seller feedback to inform platform improvements and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and regulatory requirements for sellers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in e-commerce or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of online selling platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate seller interactions.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a capability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
