Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's vital documents and records, ensuring their accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with organizational standards. You will play a critical role in facilitating document workflows, supporting project teams, and implementing best practices for document management. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that all documentation processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage incoming and outgoing corporate documents with accuracy.
  • Maintain both physical and electronic records according to company standards.
  • Review and update documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline document workflows and processes.
  • Develop and implement effective document control procedures and systems.
  • Provide training and support to staff regarding document control processes.
  • Maintain document security, confidentiality, and accessibility at all times.
  • Audit document management procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in creating and distributing reports on documentation status and updates.
  • Ensure consistent document version control and manage document lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with IT to enhance document management software and solutions.
  • Respond to document requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Sciences, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience working in a document control or documentation management role.
  • Strong understanding of document management systems and workflows.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an eye for meticulous detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and document management software tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members.
