  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with team members for stock replenishment.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle product returns or exchanges competently.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
  • Suggest and implement practices to enhance customer service and sales performance.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve overall service quality.
  • Handle customer data with confidentiality while adhering to company policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this role.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment is necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach are desired.
  • Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software is an advantage.
