Job Description

A Counter Sales Executive plays a crucial role in the retail environment, acting as the face of the company to customers who visit the store. Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives and targets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is preferable.
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant customer service role.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with retail sales systems and software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle challenging customer interactions calmly.
