Job Description

As a Corporate Trainer at 25O25, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing the skills and knowledge of our diverse workforce. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that cater to a range of learning styles and meet organizational objectives. Your goal will be to empower employees to achieve their fullest potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and provide strategic insights on learning initiatives. This role demands a dynamic individual adept in facilitating engaging learning experiences using the latest educational techniques and technology.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and needs.
  • Conduct training sessions using various instructional techniques and formats.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback surveys.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs within the organization.
  • Customize training materials to address specific department or team requirements.
  • Stay updated on current training trends and best practices in corporate education.
  • Mentor and provide ongoing support to employees to encourage continual learning.
  • Prepare and maintain training reports and records for management review.
  • Facilitate both on-site and virtual training sessions to accommodate diverse learning environments.
  • Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment during training interventions.
  • Develop eLearning modules and incorporate technology to enhance the training experience.
  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a corporate trainer or similar role, preferably in diverse industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective knowledge delivery.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple training programs.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to design engaging content and transform it into clear, concise training materials.
  • Proficiency in using learning management software and eLearning platforms.
  • Capability to evaluate the effectiveness of training and implement necessary improvements.
