Job Description

As a Corporate Relationship Associate, you will play an integral part in building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Your role will involve engaging with various teams across the organization to deliver solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth, understanding client requirements, and ensuring that our company's offerings meet or exceed expectations. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be facilitating dialogue between internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts and secure new business.
  • Customize and communicate proposals and solutions to corporate clients.
  • Monitor and analyze client satisfaction and coordinate with teams to improve customer experience.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the implementation of new services or products.
  • Maintain a detailed and accurate record of client interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare reports on client progress and trends to support business strategy development.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions that affect client accounts.
  • Participate in client presentations, workshops, and networking events to promote our offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in corporate relationship management or business development.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
