Job Description

A Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that an organization adheres to external regulations and internal policies. This position involves conducting audits, reviewing policies, and evaluating compliance within areas such as finance, operations, or technology. Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with external regulations and internal policies.
  • Review and update compliance policies and procedures to align with current standards.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to gather required information for compliance reporting.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing compliance programs and suggest necessary improvements.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  • Prepare detailed reports on compliance matters for senior management and relevant authorities.
  • Assist in developing training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements and policies.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and update internal processes to accommodate changes in regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to departments regarding compliance-related queries and issues.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during compliance audit activities and address audit findings.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities and documentation for future reference.
  • Ensure all compliance documentation is stored correctly and is easily accessible when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or a related area.
  • Solid knowledge of industry regulations and compliance frameworks relevant to the business.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and information.
  • Effective communication skills to convey compliance requirements clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous approach to handling compliance documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines consistently.
