The role of a Cluster Operations Manager is pivotal for the successful management and coordination of multiple locations or units within an organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in operations management or similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple locations or departments effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a solution-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights for improvement.
  • Familiarity with industry regulation and compliance standards is preferred.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and experience managing operational budgets.
