Responsibilities

  • Conduct workshops and support groups to reinforce patients' understanding of mental health.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain a respectful client-therapist relationship.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions for skill enhancement.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree in Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid license to practice clinical psychology in the relevant state or region.
  • Minimum of two years of post-doctoral experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of psychological theories, therapeutic techniques, and ethical guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Adept in using specialized psychological assessment tools and diagnostic methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
