Job Description

The Clinic Coordinator position is a dynamic and integral role within our healthcare facility, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of clinic activities. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Manage and organize patient appointments and schedules effectively.
  • Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and staff members.
  • Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially in the clinic system.
  • Assist in the training and development of clinic staff as required.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure necessary supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to enhance clinic operations.
  • Manage billing and insurance procedures to ensure timely processing and payments.
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
  • Address and resolve patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies at all times.
  • Support clinical staff with administrative tasks to improve patient care quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare administrative role is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records and office management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical terminology is beneficial.
