Job Description

The Client Reporting Associate is an integral part of the Client Services team, responsible for creating, managing, and distributing reports to clients. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in client relationship management and a strong understanding of reporting tools and data analysis. This position is essential for ensuring that clients receive timely, accurate, and comprehensible reports that drive informed decision-making. As a crucial link between the company's data and its clients, the Client Reporting Associate must strive to maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service at all times.


Responsibilities

  • Compile, generate, and distribute client reports on a regular schedule.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all client reports and presentations.
  • Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights for client reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data for client reports.
  • Manage client queries related to reporting and data analysis promptly.
  • Create custom reports to meet specific client requests and requirements.
  • Monitor and improve report generation processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Update and maintain reporting tool documentation for internal and client reference.
  • Train team members on reporting tools and best practices for data analysis.
  • Maintain a high level of data confidentiality and client information security.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all external clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client reporting process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years experience in client relationship management roles.
  • Proficiency with reporting and data analysis tools, including Excel and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for client interaction.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential client information responsibly.
