Job Description

As a Client Reporting Associate in our Client Services department, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering reports and analytics to our clients to ensure they are informed about their investments and company updates. You will be responsible for compiling data, analyzing results, and creating comprehensive reports that are both meaningful and actionable for our clientele. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, a deep understanding of reporting systems, and the ability to communicate complex data effectively. You will act as a bridge between our company’s technical systems and our clients, thus helping them to understand the performance and intricacies of their portfolios. This position will be ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and has a strong client-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver client reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets for client reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and consistency in reports.
  • Develop and maintain reporting templates to meet evolving client needs.
  • Assist in the automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Work with client service managers to understand client requirements and expectations.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and updates on client reports and data.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding their reports and data.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis of client data.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators relevant to client accounts.
  • Contribute to the development of client-related presentations and materials.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to provide insightful client reporting services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client reporting or data analysis role required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools necessary.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot data discrepancies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with financial services and investment products preferred.
