The Client Reporting Associate (Client Services) plays a critical role in developing and maintaining robust relationships between the company and its clients by ensuring clear and effective communication channels. This position is designed for individuals who are highly detail-oriented and possess a flair for interpreting data and delivering insights that aid in decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing client reports and presentations, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of information shared with our clients. This associate will act as a liaison between the clients and various internal departments to guarantee that client inquiries are addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Responsibilities

  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute regular client reports with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to source and verify information for reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Present data-driven reports to clients, explaining insights and answering questions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all client communication and reporting materials.
  • Act as the primary contact for addressing client queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client-specific challenges efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and implement them effectively.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of client interactions and reporting documentation.
  • Facilitate regular meetings between clients and internal teams to review progress.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff members for client reporting duties.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in client reporting or client services roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using reporting tools and software such as Excel and Tableau.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting tight deadlines.
