Job Description

As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exemplary customer service and support. You will manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities

  • Identify and escalate complex service issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality.

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve call center processes and strategies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
  • Experience in a customer service role or call center environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and call center software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Ability to handle challenging customers with empathy and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
