Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip team members with new operational processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business operations or similar roles, with tangible outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and interpretation tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and business performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with management software solutions.
