Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure beneficial agreements.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics for strategy development.
