Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Corporate Sales Executive to join our thriving sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key relationships with business clients to drive sales and increase market share. Your focus will be on acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within various corporate sectors. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Present and demonstrate the company's products and services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and benefit both parties.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective and efficient client delivery and service.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to the client's specific needs.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
  • Monitor the competitor activity and adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Regularly update and maintain customer databases using the CRM system.
  • Provide timely reports on sales activity, market trends, and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in B2B sales or related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions effectively.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage and analyze sales data.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple accounts.
