An Automation Tester is a crucial team member inside a software development organization striving to enhance the quality, efficiency, and speed of software testing processes. This role is designed to meticulously plan and execute automation frameworks to ensure that the software under development remains free of errors and issues before it reaches the end-users. The Automation Tester will work closely with the development and product teams to understand the requirements and to develop test scripts that can detect any issues early. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and scenarios in collaboration with QA teams.
• Provide input on enhancing the testing infrastructure and software quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Automation Tester with a solid testing technical background.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively report testing results and bugs.
