Responsibilities

• Develop detailed design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD software.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve design issues efficiently.
• Ensure that designs comply with company and industry standards and guidelines.
• Modify existing drawings based on feedback from clients or technical experts.
• Review project proposals to determine timeframes and procedural parameters.
• Produce and review 3D design models to meet clients’ requirements.
• Communicate with team members to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Create detailed documentation and instructions for the construction and installation process.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date design library for easy reference.
• Participate in regular project meetings to discuss developments and updates effectively.
• Continuously improve designs by learning from feedback and industry best practices.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior designers to enhance their skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience working as an AutoCAD Designer.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and other relevant design software tools effectively.
• Strong understanding of design principles and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Analytical skills to interpret complex designs and foresee potential issues.
