Job Description

The Assistant Product Planning role in the pharmaceutical industry is pivotal in bridging the gap between product conception and market launch. This position requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, product lifecycles, and strategic planning. As an Assistant in Product Planning, you will work closely with senior product managers, marketing teams, and research and development departments to ensure that pharmaceutical products meet market needs and compliance standards. You'll be involved in gathering and analyzing market data, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting the development of comprehensive product strategies. Emphasis is placed on innovation, efficiency, and the ability to predict and adapt to market changes. Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing product plans for pharmaceutical offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in product planning or management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements preferred.
