The Associate HR Specialist (Talent Acquisition) is an integral part of our Human Resources department, crucial in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to join our dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, a passion for recruiting, and a strong ability to build relationships with various stakeholders. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance throughout the recruitment process, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the willingness to navigate a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. As an Associate HR Specialist, you will contribute significantly to shaping the company's future by bringing in the skilled professionals who will drive our success.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate tracking using an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors.
  • Assist in developing and promoting employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and extend job offers and manage negotiations when necessary.
  • Onboard new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of modern recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations ensuring compliance.
