Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and priorities.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for roles.
  • Organize and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain a comprehensive talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Assist in negotiating offer terms and closing successful candidates.
  • Foster relationships with potential candidates through social media and networking events.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to promote the workplace culture and values.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or related function.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and modern sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, with attention to detail.
