Job Description

The Area Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving the sales performance and strategy within a designated geographic region. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
  • Monitor and evaluate individual and team sales performance regularly.

  • Develop and manage sales budgets and allocate resources efficiently.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in a related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a remote sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions based on insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
