We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing innovative architectural solutions that combine functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. You will work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and other design professionals to translate needs and ideas into comprehensive architectural plans. This role requires a strong understanding of building codes, construction techniques, materials, and environmental responsibility. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to identify project objectives and needs for architectural designs.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
• Conduct site evaluations to confirm compliance with safety standards and zoning regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers during the construction phase.
• Research and integrate sustainable design principles into all architectural projects.
• Adapt architectural designs to client budgets without compromising quality or functionality.
• Review design specifications and manage changes to ensure project goals are met.
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) technology for blueprint and model creation.
• Present architectural designs to clients and stakeholders for approval and feedback.
• Ensure architectural designs comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee project documentation and maintain meticulous records of all architectural processes.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and interns to foster a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Five years of professional architectural experience in designing and project management.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and architectural modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven experience in sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus.
