Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and health and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills to drive team performance.
• Proven problem-solving ability with a track record of solving production challenges.
