Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the medical or healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare service protocols is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in handling patient records.
