We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Advisor specializing in the medical field to join our team.   • Document customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and any actions taken.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure a satisfactory resolution was achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices continuously.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
  • Monitor and manage customer service requests and prioritize urgent inquiries.
  • Provide input for improvement in customer service processes and training materials.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role within the medical industry is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to healthcare topics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team successfully.
