Responsibilities

• Monitor customer satisfaction to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and inform the manager when necessary.
• Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens and silverware.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.
• Process customer payments, ensuring accurate handling of cash and credit transactions.
• Regularly check in with guests to attend to additional requests or concerns.
• Assist in keeping the restaurant safe and adhering to health regulations and policies.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights for improving customer service.

Requirements
