UX / UI Designer 15A26

We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer (ID: 15A26) to join our dynamic team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for a range of digital platforms. Responsibilities

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions.
• Create design concepts and visual assets that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics insights.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends and technologies.
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders for approval and feedback.
• Define and document design standards and patterns for consistency across projects.
• Collaborate with developers to implement and refine designs throughout the development cycle.
• Contribute to creating a design culture within the team and organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI design work and processes.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex scenarios.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for clear stakeholder interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Experience in conducting user testing and gathering user feedback for iteration.
