Job Description

The Territory Account Executive is a pivotal role within our sales organization, responsible for nurturing and expanding client relationships within a specified geographical area. This position requires a keen understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to identify and capture new business opportunities within the designated territory. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, driven, and skilled in building and maintaining customer loyalty while achieving sales targets. As a Territory Account Executive, you will serve as a key link between the company and its clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and embodying the company's commitment to offering innovative solutions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

  • Report on sales metrics, key achievements, and forecasted targets to management.
  • Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and prospects frequently.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues and escalate concerns when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of three years experience in sales or account management roles.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing client bases.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities for multitasking duties.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools is essential.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory for client meetings.
