Job Description

The role of a Telesales Executive is pivotal in driving the sales objectives of a company through effective communication and persuasion skills. As a customer-centric professional, the Telesales Executive is responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients over the phone, identifying their needs, and providing suitable solutions or offerings. This role demands a strong mix of charisma, resilience, product knowledge, and the ability to listen and address customer concerns systematically. The Telesales Executive should be adept at navigating databases and CRM systems, with an ability to work towards achieving personal and team sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Engage potential customers by making outbound calls to generate sales leads.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor pitches to convince them of company solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients over the phone.
  • Achieve assigned personal sales targets and contribute to team targets.
  • Accurately update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the products and services offered by the company.
  • Handle customer objections effectively with patience and confidence.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Participate in training opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Provide excellent customer service and client support to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telesales or customer service roles is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and telecommunication systems is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
  • High level of enthusiasm, motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
