Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will also be responsible for creating original content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. The goal is to achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic, and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand image across all social channels.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms.
  • Define important social media KPIs and align them with business objectives.
  • Create and oversee high-quality content production across all social platforms.
  • Manage and optimize daily posting schedules to maximize engagement.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure content aligns with overall strategies.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media.
  • Analyze social media campaigns' success and suggest improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Track and analyze competitor activity and recommend innovative strategies.
  • Build and execute social media paid advertising campaigns as needed.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily across channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective engagement.
  • Ability to deliver creative content ideas, both text and visual, regularly.
  • Experience using social media for brand awareness and lead generation effectively.
