Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior finance roles within reputable organizations.
  • Proven experience in managing complex financial projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities required.
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
