Job Description

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our sales and customer relations team, driving the growth and success of our company. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and meet client objectives.
  • Prepare and present tailored sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and client retention.
  • Monitor market trends to identify potential challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide account analysis and reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure all client deliverables are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, facilitating open communication and strategies.
  • Train and mentor junior account executives on best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate in the development of marketing strategies that align with client needs.
  • Resolve any issues or problems faced by clients to maintain positive relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or account management roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and understand client needs effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members within a sales function.
